Bank Charge claims work on a very simple principle:
Provided you co-operate, we only get paid if you receive compensation. There are NO hidden costs, flat fees, administration costs etc. which many other companies charge.
In the event, that you receive a valid offer of compensation you will receive an invoice for 25% (inclusive of VAT) of the compensation, up to a maximum of £1,200 (inclusive of VAT) per agreement.
By completing this form you are not placing yourself or Vendside Limited under any legal obligation. No agreement between you and Vendside Limited (or any of our appointed panel solicitors) will come into effect until you have received and accepted Vendside Limited's (or any appointed panel solicitors) terms and conditions as detailed above.
Vendside Limited cannot accept responsibility for your claim until we are in receipt of your signed service agreement. This will be sent to you with our full terms and conditions if after following an assessment of your case, it appears that you may have a valid claim.
